Real Estate Associate (Junior) - Denver
About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time 1st to 3rd year Associate in the Real Estate Practice of their Denver office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Participate in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures, and development.
- Experience with real estate investment funds, including fund formation, sponsor representation or related private investment vehicles, is preferred but not required.
- Work with clients, large and small, from various industries across the country.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- A strong academic background.
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- The ability to take on significant project responsibility.
- The willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
- An attention to detail.
- The desire and initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
- Must be in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $205,000 to $220,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
