- Work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and zoning
- Produce quality work under tight deadlines
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Demonstrated experience working on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including lending, leasing, acquisitions/dispositions, and zoning
- Excellent organizational and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Admission to practice in Michigan is required
Preferred experience
- Experience with real estate finance and/or real estate development is a plus
- Large law firm experience is preferred
