About the role
A law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Finance Associate Attorney for their San Jose location.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on commercial real estate finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including loan agreements, mortgages, and security agreements.
- Conduct due diligence investigations and review title documents.
- Aid clients in structuring real estate finance transactions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Handle closings and ensure all necessary documentation is properly executed.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- 21 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance transactions and related legal principles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
