About the Role
We are seeking an attorney with 4-6 years of law firm experience in:
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Construction and permanent financings representing lenders and borrowers
- Joint ventures
- Portfolio transactions, REITs, and real estate funds
- Equity joint venture investments, structuring, and entity formation
You should be familiar with transactions involving all principal asset types: residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, and land.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to attentively listen, actively engage, and concisely communicate complex matters in oral and written form
- Strong work ethic, team orientation, and an interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility on client matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Admitted to the New York state bar or eligible to waive in

Pay
Where required by law, salary ranges are provided below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is for positions in the specified cities/states and may vary based on factors such as market data, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
- Boston, MA annual salary range: $310,000 to $390,000
- New York, NY annual salary range: $310,000 to $390,000
