Responsibilities
- Advising on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development projects, construction matters, and real estate finance.
- Structuring and negotiating complex deals.
- Managing transaction workflows.
- Cross-functionally coordinating with stakeholders.
- Providing strategic counsel on a wide variety of real estate matters.
Requirements
- JD required
- Must have prior experience working in a law firm
- 4–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, development, and financing transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Admission to practice in New York required
