Job Requirements
- JD from accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant transactional real estate experience is required
- Experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm strongly preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required
- Experience with AI tools — including large language models, document automation, and workflow orchestration — will be strongly preferred
- Ability to draft, manage, and negotiate complex transaction documents and interface directly with clients and counterparties

We are a leading international law firm that specializes in corporate, commercial litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory legal advice. We employ more than 1000 of the best and brightest attorneys and are currently looking to expand critical teams.
Salary
$365,000 - $420,000 per year
