Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sale agreements
• Conduct title and survey review
• Draft leases
• Provide legal counsel
• Communicate with sophisticated clients
• Work independently while collaborating with other team members

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in transactional real estate law, ideally with a large law firm
• Experience with leasing and purchase and sale agreements
• Top-tier credentials and active license with the State Bar of Texas

Pay

Salary: $225,000 - $275,000 per year
