About the Role
We are seeking a Real Estate Associate for our Louisville, Kentucky office. The ideal candidate will have transactional experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending. Our attorneys benefit from structured training, mentorship, clear paths to advancement, and exposure to varied and sophisticated matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending
- Conduct legal research and draft transactional documents
- Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver comprehensive legal solutions
Requirements
- 3–7 years of real estate experience
- Superior academic credentials
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Kentucky licensure or the ability to waive in

Pay
The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000, with actual compensation determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
