About the role

Willkie's Dallas Real Estate Department is seeking a junior-level associate with broad, well-rounded experience working on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and leases.

This role includes working with senior-level associates and partners on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across a broad array of asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
• Performing due diligence activities
• Managing transaction processes throughout the life cycle of a typical commercial real estate transaction
