Position Summary
The Associate will play a key role across the full investment lifecycle, supporting underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions across multiple property types including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, and hospitality. This is a highly analytical and hands-on position with direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to grow into deal sourcing and relationship management over time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, developments, and asset-level business plans
- Conduct in-depth market research and support asset- and portfolio-level due diligence processes
- Analyze capital structures, investment strategies, and risk factors across potential transactions
- Evaluate property performance, including revenues, operating expenses, capital expenditures, tenant profiles, and lease structures
- Partner with brokers, developers, and other market participants to gather real-time market intelligence
- Assess key market drivers such as rent growth, occupancy trends, absorption, and liquidity conditions
- Support investment presentations and contribute to internal decision-making processes
- Assist with asset management initiatives, including financing, refinancing, and disposition strategies
- Review transaction and legal documentation in coordination with internal teams and external advisors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field with strong academic credentials
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ARGUS experience is a plus
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and intellectual curiosity
- Willingness to travel as needed
