About the role

Quarles & Brady is seeking a junior/mid-level associate to join our Real Estate and Land Use group in the Milwaukee or Madison office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Milwaukee of 10 attorneys and professionals, who are part of an integrated national group of 50+ members across the country. We are seeking to add a real estate attorney who is motivated and curious, and who would like a job that affords the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas of real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Work in a wide variety of areas of real estate law
• Support clients in acquisitions and dispositions
• Handle financings
• Manage leasing of all types
• Address zoning and land use matters
• Provide asset management support

• Sophisticated institutional investors and lenders
• Private equity investors of all stripes
• Developers
• Start-ups
• Health systems
• Renewable energy companies
• Franchise companies and more

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

• Motivated and curious
• Interest in working across a wide variety of real estate law areas
