Real Estate Associate

Office Locations: Phoenix Quarles is seeking an associate to join our Real Estate group in the Phoenix office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Phoenix of more than 30 attorneys and professionals who are part of a larger integrated national group of attorneys and professionals across the country. We represent sophisticated REITs, institutional investors and lenders, private equity investors of all stripes, developers across asset classes, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise companies, and more. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. This candidate will draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development transactions, purchases and sales, and leases, and will work on and manage related due diligence work and closing these and other real estate transactions. Our team, both locally and nationally, is exceptionally collaborative, and we place a high premium on training and professional development.
