About the role

Quarles & Brady is seeking a junior/mid-level associate to join our Real Estate and Land Use group in the Milwaukee or Madison office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Milwaukee of 10 attorneys and professionals, who are part of an integrated national group of 50+ members across the country. We are seeking to add a real estate attorney who is motivated and curious, and who would like a job that affords the opportunity to work in a wide variety of areas of real estate law.

Responsibilities

• Work in acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing of all types, zoning and land use and asset management
• Support sophisticated institutional investors and lenders, private equity investors of all stripes, developers, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise companies and more

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
