Real Estate Associate

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience from a large law firm preferred, though strong candidates from boutique or mid-sized firms will be considered
• Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate transactions
• Strong drafting, analytical, research, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work effectively within a team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $235,000 - $435,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location
