A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate to join its growing real estate practice in either Philadelphia or Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative and highly regarded team. Role OverviewThe successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:Acquisitions and dispositionsReal estate finance transactionsReal estate development projectsLand use and zoning mattersCommercial leasing transactionsAttorneys will have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller matters while playing a key role on larger, complex transactions involving institutional clients, developers, investors, lenders, and other market participants.
