About the role
Firm attorneys in Atlanta have worked on many business and legal developments in the Southeast and beyond, including national class action court cases, formation of public companies, financial institution capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and work on important pro bono cases.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, closing loans, closing acquisitions and closing dispositions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of meaningful experience negotiating purchase and sale agreements, closing documents, loan agreements, ancillary loan documents, closing loans, closing acquisitions and closing dispositions.
- Strong academics and work ethic.
- A positive attitude and an interest in growing your practice in commercial finance and real estate.
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Admitted (in good standing) to the Georgia Bar.

- More than 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, e-discovery professionals and other business professionals across offices in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.
