About the role

Hanson Bridgett LLP is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Associate with 2-3 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly in common interest development work. The ideal candidate will have experience representing real property owners, homebuilders, and developers in residential and/or commercial common interest developments, high-rise developments, master-planned communities, and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Representing real property owners, homebuilders, and developers in real estate matters
• Experience in residential and/or commercial common interest developments
• Experience in high-rise developments, master-planned communities, and mixed-use projects

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in real estate transactions
• Strong interest in common interest development work
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• High level of analytical skills
• Practical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented approach

Qualifications

• Distinguished academic background
• Impeccable references
• CA Bar required

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $195,000 to $205,000 annually
• Hybrid position based out of San Francisco
