Responsibilities

• Transactional work in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and lending

Requirements

• 3–7 years of real estate experience
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Kentucky licensure or the ability to waive in

Pay

The salary range for this role is $170,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.
