About the role

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial real estate lending transactions, including independently negotiating substantive provisions of loan agreements, guarantees, and other loan documents.
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements in connection with complex acquisitions and dispositions.
• Engage in redevelopment work in New Jersey (preferred).

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney.
• Significant experience with commercial real estate financing, preferably on the borrower side.
• Admission in New Jersey or New York.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $185,000 to $215,000. Associates are also eligible for quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level.

Schedule

Hybrid work environment (three days in-office) with a “dress for your day” policy.
