About the role

Cozen O’Connor is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience to join their Real Estate group in Minneapolis.

Responsibilities

• Work with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders on acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate.
• Show strong writing and analytical skills.
• Collaborate effectively in a team setting.
• Show a practical, solutions-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute where needed.

Requirements

• Admitted in good standing or eligible for admission to the Minnesota Bar.

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex real estate transactions.
• Attention to detail.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 and is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
