Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.

Qualifications

• A real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Pay

Earn a flat-rate payment per field event as an independent contractor.
