Duties

1. Screens real estate investment deals per the company's investment criteria.
2. Evaluates potential land development/hotel/shopping mall/office building acquisition opportunities by creating complex financial models.
3. Compiles and performs due diligence.
4. Recommends investment by preparing internal investment memorandums.
5. Prepares investment presentations for the management.
