Real Estate AI Training Specialist — Task Creation & Model Evaluation (Contract)

Job Overview

As a Real Estate AI Training Specialist at Rise Data Labs, you will play a crucial role in training and enhancing AI models specifically tailored for the real estate domain. This role centers on benchmark task creation and evaluation: you'll author realistic, economically valuable real estate tasks and rubrics grounded in your own professional experience, then grade AI-generated deliverables against them.

What You'll Do

• Author task scenarios grounded in real work — e.g., drafting a listing presentation, analyzing a lease or purchase agreement, preparing a property management report, or writing client correspondence
• Contribute realistic reference materials (lease documents, comps, property reports)
• Write detailed rubrics describing what a client-ready deliverable should include
• Grade AI-generated deliverables (often Word documents, reports, or spreadsheets) against your rubric and professional judgment
• Take part in calibration sessions with other evaluators to align scoring standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Active or former experience as a Real Estate Agent, Broker, Property Manager, or Leasing Professional
• Prior hands-on experience drafting listings, leases, or client-facing real estate documents
• Strong writing and document review skills
• Prior experience with AI model training, evaluation, or benchmark development is a plus
