Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion: Respond promptly to provided opportunities and SOI and maintain thoughtful follow-up in BrokerKit.
  • Client Service: Guide buyers and sellers through consultations, showings, offers and closings.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep your activity and next steps organized and execute activity goals.
  • Skill Development: Participate in mentorship, training and team collaboration.

  • Pay: Commission pay ($65,000 - $150,000+ annually)

  • Work Location: Bedford, NH & Portsmouth, NH (Service Areas: Manchester, Bedford, Nashua, Concord, Dover, Portsmouth, Exeter, and the Greater Seacoast Region)
