• Pursue and convert leads (inbound and outbound)

• Attend weekly team meetings and coaching sessions

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts real estate license
• Bachelor’s degree OR professional work experience
• Full-time commitment with schedule flexibility
• Coachable and willing to learn the craft of sales
• Understand consultative sales, not just relationship building
• Ready to follow proven systems and accept coaching
