Responsibilities

• Learning how to find clients, generate opportunities, and build a growing pipeline
• Working directly with buyers and sellers on real transactions every week
• Managing deals from the very first conversation all the way through to closing
• Attending coaching sessions that build your confidence and sharpen your skills
• Developing the daily habits that create long-term consistent production

Requirements

• You have your license or are actively working toward getting it right now
• You are coachable, consistent, and ready to follow a proven system

Pay

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Compensation: $125,400 - $225,000 yearly
