Real Estate Agent Add a Second Income Stream With Your License
About the role
You already know how to generate business; you can add a second income stream as a mortgage loan officer without leaving real estate. Every deal you close has two sides — real estate and financing — and right now you're paid for only one. Getting your mortgage license (NMLS) lets you earn on both sides of the deals you're already doing, deepen client relationships, and build income that doesn’t depend on a single commission structure surviving the next lawsuit. You keep your real estate license and your existing business; you simply add a powerful second revenue stream on top of it.
Why this works specifically for agents: you already have the network (the sphere) that new loan officers lack, you already understand the transaction — contracts, timelines, players, and stress points — and you already build trust for a living, which is the same skill that makes clients trust you with their financing.
What we provide: Satori Mortgage is a national team of about 50 producing loan officers who share wins daily. We’ll train you through the licensing process and the mortgage side of the business with onboarding built by a working loan officer, designed around what we wish we’d had when we started. You’ll plug into a community where you can ask a question in Slack at 8 p.m. on a Saturday and get a real answer in about five minutes from someone who’s actually funding loans. You’ll have access to 50+ lenders, a full broker product shelf, and no income caps. We’ve been doing this for 20+ years (NMLS 4190) and know how to take an agent with a strong network and help them build a real mortgage business alongside their real estate practice.
The honest part: this is a 100% commission opportunity, and getting licensed takes real effort. But you already do the hardest part of this business every single day; we’re just helping you get paid for the half you’ve been giving away. Our process includes a short assessment that helps us understand how you’re wired to win so we can support you the right way from day one.
This is a remote position.
