Real Estate Administrative Assistant

We are not looking for someone to "help out." We are looking for the person who owns the front door of our business. Tidal Realty Partners is a Wilmington, NC real estate team operating under Real Broker LLC. We run roughly 220 transactions a year, and we are building toward substantially more. Every one of those transactions starts with a lead — a phone call, a text, a form fill — and right now those leads land in too many places at once. Your job is to make sure not a single one of them is dropped, misrouted, or left sitting. This is a high-accountability role. If a lead comes in at 4:47 PM on a Friday and nobody touches it until Monday, that is a failure. Your job is to make sure that never happens.
