Real Estate Acquisition Consultant
About the role
This is a remote position responsible for buying homes for House Buyers of America. You will follow up on leads, value houses, estimate repairs, and close deals, while performing extensive due diligence on all acquisitions. The role requires in-person meetings with prospects and clients on a regular basis. Flexibility is essential, as evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate seller schedules and maximize deal flow.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads, value properties, analyze comps, and acquire new homes
- Negotiate acquisitions and dispositions of properties
- Perform extensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification
- Estimate repairs and determine ARV and As-Is value of properties
- Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties
- Work with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title during the closing process
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience
- Consistently ranked within the top 10% of sales staff in previous roles
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas through phone sales
- Great communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred).

Pay
Compensation range: $140,000–$220,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission).
