Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

About the role

This remote position focuses on purchasing homes by following up on leads, valuing properties, estimating repairs, negotiating deals, and performing due diligence. You will analyze comps, determine ARV and As-Is values, and coordinate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during closings.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and acquire new homes
• Negotiate property transactions
• Conduct extensive due diligence and prepare contracts
• Meet with homeowners to present offers
• Collaborate throughout the closing process

Requirements

• 4+ years of sales experience with top 10% performance
• Excellent communication and computer skills (including MS Office)
• Proven success in meeting/exceeding sales quotas via phone
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
