About the role

This is a seasonal part-time position starting in May, offering flexible scheduling in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The position requires a minimum age of 16 and obtaining CPR certification after employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet resort guests and ensure they have a valid Massanutten ID
• Process registrations for various recreational programs
• Aid in recreational activities including summer games, archery, and Teen Night
• Operate and assist with Escape Room and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences
• Handle monetary transactions and troubleshoot issues related to Escape Room, VR, and Arcade
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be 16 or older
• Preferred: Cash handling experience, customer service experience, knowledge of resort operations and procedures
