Real Assets Capital Markets, Associate

Responsibilities

• Structuring, marketing, negotiating and closing financing transactions, domestically and abroad
• Synthesizing financing quotes and providing recommendations to senior leadership
• Clearly and effectively communicating updates on financing activities and strategies to internal constituents
• Maintaining and growing lending relationships
• Designing and executing rate hedging strategies
• Optimizing associated internal processes across NNN, Digital Infrastructure and Real Estate Credit

Requirements

• 3 - 6 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, brokerage, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related discipline
• Highly motivated and highly organized self-starter
• Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and precision
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems creatively
• Strong work ethic with a desire to keep learning in areas outside of their comfort zone
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization skills in PowerPoint

Pay

The base annual salary range for this New York City-based non-exempt position is $150,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
