Ready Mix Driver (CDL)

About the role

Transport and deliver concrete to job sites safely, efficiently, and on time.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver concrete to job sites on schedule
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues to Fleet Services
• Maintain operator logs and records per DOT regulations and NESL policy
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and condition of your vehicle

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class A or B CDL with at least 2 years of driving experience and compliance with NESL driving standards
• Ability to climb ladders, enter/exit trucks, and work at heights up to 12 feet
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
• Strong team mindset
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Commitment to safety, quality, and accuracy

Pay

Starting pay: $28/hour — candidates with prior experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.

Ready Mix Driver sign-on bonus: $2,500.
