Ready Mix Concrete Driver

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with ready-mix concrete
• Drive concrete to job sites
• Help unload mixed concrete
• Inspect trucks for mechanical issues
• Perform or outsource maintenance

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Minimum 6 months operator experience
• CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement
• Willingness to do labor work
• Team player with a professional and positive attitude
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work safely under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment
• Frequent cross-body movements including bending, climbing into equipment, lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, standing, balancing, stooping, handling materials, and moving around hazardous sites
• Good eye-hand coordination and depth perception
• Flexible availability to include overtime and possible weekends

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a clean driving record
