About the role
Informally evaluate and assess struggling learners identified by classroom teachers and administrators.
Communicate with administrators, teachers, and parents about the results of the informal evaluation.
Partner with the Lower School Principal to identify students who need Level Up small group or individual tutoring.
Responsibilities
- Work with family and classroom teacher to schedule lessons.
- Write Independent Learning Contracts (ILCs) based on a student’s professional evaluation, teacher input, and administrator’s approval.
- Cookordinate an ILC meeting with parent, teacher, and self to review the details of the ILC.
- Suport classroom teachers.
