About the role

Serving as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
Leveraging AI-based and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops covering areas such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for long-term success

Supporting students in recognizing their individual strengths and areas of interest

Responsibilities

• Serve as a mentor to K-2 students, establishing trust and cultivating a mindset without limits
• Leverage AI-based and adaptive learning platforms to customize educational journeys
• Create and facilitate life-skills workshops covering areas such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration to equip students for long-term success
• Promote a culture centered on curiosity, ambition, and continuous development
• Support students in recognizing their individual strengths and areas of interest

Requirements

• Willingness to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments
• Proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
• Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
• Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
• Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Pay

$50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
