- Customizing educational journeys using AI-based and adaptive learning platforms.
- Facilitating workshops that align with students' individual readiness levels.
Creating and facilitating life-skills workshops
- Covering areas such as public speaking, goal-setting, and collaboration.
- Equipping students for long-term success through these workshops.

Basic Requirements
- Reading Interventionist key responsibilities
- Willingness to work on-site at one of our campus locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; or Scottsdale (Phoenix), AZ
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children ages 4–8 in educational settings, afterschool programs, coaching, or comparable environments
- Proficient public speaking abilities, with proven capacity to engage and energize young audiences
- Genuine interest in connecting with, inspiring, and motivating K-2 students
- Authorization to work legally in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to participate in a paid training program held at our Austin, TX campus

Working with us
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position.
- The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
- The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
- The payment period is weekly.
