Pay

Salary schedule for fully credentialed staff: $60,000 – $126,000 annually. (Internal employees may be placed on Column 5; external candidates maximum placement is Column 4.)

• $5,000 – $14,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff Special Education positions
• $2,000 annual stipends for hard-to-staff positions of counselor, social worker, and teacher librarian
• $3,000 annual stipend for advanced degrees
• $1,000 – $4,500 annual stipends for various extra‑curricular activities
• $1,500 – $6,000 annual stipends for various “leadership” roles

Schedule

Length of work year: Calendar 2 (10 months/year, 186 days/year, 5 days/week, Professional Work Day). Length of work day: 6 hours.
