Readiness & Training Analyst with Security Clearance

About the role

The role involves developing and delivering training programs that ensure security compliance among employees. This includes assessing training needs, designing training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that adhere to security protocols.
• Assessing training needs through surveys, interviews, and observations.
• Designing and implementing training materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses.
• Conducting training sessions for various departments within the organization.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs using feedback from participants and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Security clearance is required.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as education, training, human resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of security policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.

Pay

• $103,613 per year
• $98,905 per year
