About the role

BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior Readiness Assessment Consultant to provide independent analytic advice and contribute directly to efforts to develop, integrate, and continually improve processes associated with readiness assessment, its integration with related business management information, and its integration into existing management and decision-making processes. This position is full-time on a customer site in Maryland and requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and staff Readiness Assessment documents.
• Conduct and document lessons learned.
• Implement readiness assessments.
• Contribute to Mission Essential List development.
• Work on a team that engages with teams to help streamline the Readiness process and make collection and reporting more efficient.

Requirements

Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with a polygraph.

• Eight (8) or more years of combined experience in:
  • Readiness (in the SIGINT operations, CYBER, or DoD domains) and/or
  • Capabilities and requirements analysis.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree. A graduate or higher degree will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience; OR a bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field, program management, or systems engineering will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of overall experience. The graduate or higher degree OR bachelor’s degree or higher in identified business fields cannot be considered together for more than two (2) years of overall experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Joint Forces Readiness Report (JFRR), the Joint Combat Capability Assessment (JCCA), and the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS).
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office Tools, able to convert data into usable information for decision-making purposes, and self-motivated.
