About the Role

Constellation is seeking a Reactor Services Planner Scheduler to join the team at LaSalle Nuclear Power Station in Marseilles, Illinois. This is a corporate position requiring 60% travel for all outages at Mid-West sites, including Braidwood, Dresden, LaSalle, Byron, Clinton, and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Stations. The primary location for the selected candidate may be assigned to any of these Mid-West sites.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the planning and preparation of Reactor Services work packages and procedures for outage and non-outage work scope.
  • Schedule and status activities and tasks in applicable clean energy center programs.
  • Enforce procedure use and adherence, Human Performance (HU) fundamentals, and Technical Human Performance (THU) techniques while providing coaching and mentoring for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and prepare work packages and procedures to ensure successful execution and completion of outage and non-outage work.
  • Identify required tooling, parts, material, and consumables for work package development.
  • Perform additional job assignments and duties as directed by management, including support for outage activities outside the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (chemistry, construction, computer science, engineering, IT, mathematics, or physics) with 5 years of related experience, OR
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience, OR
  • Associate's degree in a technical discipline with 7 years of related experience, OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
  • Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass a favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) training relevant to reactor or turbine projects.
  • Senior Reactor Operator License or Certification.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling within a nuclear power plant.

Pay

Expected salary range of $117,900 to $131,000, varying based on experience.
