Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Provide product demonstrations and explain products and services to customers
• Identify customer needs and wants, and convince them to purchase products/services
• Process customer purchases and accurately record details of purchase orders
• Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
• Qualify and validate customer information based on set criteria
• Identify opportunities and manage customer confidence
• Convince customers to opt for premium packages and explain their benefits
• Maintain operations by following policies, methodology, and functional changes
• Reach potential or existing clients to advise them about products or services using pre-defined scripts
• Respond to inquiries concerning products or the organization
• Document complete engagement activity for follow-ups and meetings
• Generate effective calling scripts as needed
• Deliver customer insights to management in a timely manner
• Reach sales targets within stipulated timeframes
• Work effectively under pressure
• Identify customer concerns and proactively solve issues

Skills
