React Native Engineer

About the role

Trilon is building a supercharged, technology-enabled future for our people and partners. The React Native Engineer plays a critical role in that mission by building the mobile application that connects field teams directly to the Digital Platform. You own the mobile experience end to end, from the interface field engineers, inspectors, and surveyors use on job sites to the data flows that move field inputs into the platform. The application you build captures the raw material that powers downstream AI-driven workflows and engineering deliverables. This is a field-first engineering role. You design for real-world conditions where connectivity is inconsistent, environments are demanding, and users are focused on the job, not the software. You build reliable, intuitive mobile experiences that support offline workflows, synchronize data seamlessly, and integrate with device capabilities such as GPS and camera. You work closely with the Lead Engineer, Applied AI Engineer, and Senior Product Designer to ensure the mobile application aligns with platform architecture and design standards. You
