Project Description

The Fulfillment Experiences team is responsible for the end-user experience arm of the Fulfillment Availability Inventory and Reservations (FAIR) group within Best Buy. We support web and mobile app UIs that handle product availability, fulfillment options, add-to-cart buttons, customer location preference management, and trade-in experiences for both customers and employees.

Skills Overview

• 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
• 5+ years of experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar frameworks

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience with native mobile technologies such as React-Native, iOS, and/or Android
• Experience with Node.js web applications and full-stack web UI frameworks such as Next.js
• Experience with using and optimizing GraphQL at scale
• Ability to profile and optimize user interface performance characteristics
• Ability to lead triage efforts and drive resolutions for complex production issues
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, Kibana, OpenSearch, and Grafana
• Experience with GraphQL, client and server caching strategies
• Experience with Apollo Client
