Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS and frontend development.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance and reliability.

• Lead the frontend development efforts within the ReactJS skill cluster family.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Drive the adoption of TypeScript and React best practices across projects.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and development processes.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet business objectives.
