Reach Truck Operator

The Lee Group is hiring experienced Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, well-organized warehouse facility in Virginia Beach, VA. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions offering steady hours and opportunities to grow with a strong, reliable team.

Responsibilities
- Operate reach trucks to safely move, store, and retrieve inventory throughout the warehouse
- Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping or replenishment
- Load and unload trailers and trucks as needed
- Place inventory into designated rack locations and retrieve products from elevated storage areas
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Perform general warehouse duties based on operational needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment: Minimum 6 months of recent reach truck experience preferred
- Comfortable working at elevated heights and in warehouse settings
- Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with a positive, team-first attitude

Pay and Schedule
$16.80/hour, 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (must have availability for regular OT)
