Reach Truck Operator

Pay

• Base rate: $20/hour
• Performance bonus up to $3,000
• Meet performance goals and earn $21/hour in 3 months; learn all warehouse functions to be promoted to Generalist II at $22/hour
• Up to $6/hour in incentives in addition to base rate

Schedule

1st shift (8, 10, and 12‑hour shifts available). Location: Ephrata, PA.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety to ensure everyone returns home to their families after each shift
• Operate a variety of equipment, including high lift, high reach truck, electric pallet jack, center ride, pacer, and more
• Utilize warehouse management and Vocollect systems to complete assigned tasks
• Replenish pick slots, restock racks, pick orders, perform breakdown, and load/unload trailers
• Contribute to quality and inventory initiatives as well as other assigned tasks

Requirements

• Previous high‑lift reach truck experience (required)
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to shift tasks based on business needs
• Ability to lift 65 lbs. above your head, stand and walk throughout the entire shift, and work in a cold‑storage environment (approximately 35 °F)
