About the role
Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator in a refrigerated dairy warehouse located in New Century, KS. Work in a cold storage environment maintained at 34°F to 44°F, transporting, stacking, and retrieving perishable dairy goods while maintaining strict temperature control and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive a stand-up reach truck to lift, move, and stack pallets of milk, cheese, yogurt, and other dairy items in narrow storage aisles.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound refrigerated trucks, staging products accurately in designated cooler rack locations.
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track lot numbers, expiration dates, and inventory locations.
- Complete pre‑shift and post‑shift safety inspections on the stand‑up reach truck, checking battery levels, brakes, and hydraulics.
- Follow FIFO (First‑In, First‑Out) rotation rules crucial for dairy freshness, and keep cooler floors clear of debris, condensation, or broken packaging.
Pay
$21 per hour plus a $3 shift differential.
Schedule
All shifts available, including weekend and part‑time opportunities.
