About the role

Supports individuals with mental health needs through various roles including Case Manager, Care Coordinator, Behavioral Health Technician, QMHP Technician, Support Coordinator, and Program Supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services to clients in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options.
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasional evenings and weekends.
