Reach Forklift Driver

About the role

Join our shipping & receiving team and use your knowledge to ensure proper material receipt; maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions, and deletions for materials from the record. Prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist Logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive Customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Transporting material using a Stand Up Forklift
• Picking and packing using a RF scanner
• Shipping and receiving
• Ensure zero product delinquency
• Continuous improvement
• Execute standard procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in shipping and/or receiving
• 1+ years of experience operating a reach forklift
• Able to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy-five pounds (with assistance)

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Skills

• 1+ years of experience using a RF scanner
• The ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates

Benefits

Pay

The typical hiring salary for this role ranges from USD $19/hr to $25.68 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
