RE-BUYER FULL TIME

About the role

Bradley Caldwell Inc is seeking a full‑time re‑buyer to support accurate, timely purchasing for our onsite operation in West Hazleton, PA (day shift). The role exists to keep product replenishment on track and ensure clean, reliable purchasing data that supports strong service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage the order fulfillment process by issuing purchase orders through a computerized replenishment system.
• Confirm and correct purchase orders as needed.
• Expedite orders to meet time‑sensitive requirements.
• Maintain accurate item data and pricing for assigned products.
• Provide analysis to support sound decisions, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Review exceptions, follow up on time‑sensitive items, and coordinate updates with internal partners and vendors.
• Check item setup and pricing accuracy, documenting notes for traceability.
• Use purchasing data to spot issues early and keep priorities organized.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint).

Physical requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Travel

Overnights are required approximately 4–6 times per year for events in locations such as Atlantic City, Wilkes‑Barre, and Mount Pocono. Travel expenses are covered by the company.

Schedule

This is a day‑shift position working from an onsite workstation. The pace is steady, involving a mix of quick responses and deeper analysis throughout the shift.
